I was asked a question today and wanted to share it with you…
Q: What is the most important thing you have learned about the human mind and how has this information enhanced your decision making?
I Have Learned In Life That The “Mind” Was Neither Good Nor Bad… It Functioned By Its Many Influences… That “Our Minds” Were A Sponge Awaiting The Information We Willingly Exposed Them To… Or The Information That Was Unwillingly Infused Within Us…
That Our Actions Were A Reflection Of That Which Momentarily Controlled Our Minds… Thus As A Function Of The Mind…
Happiness Was A Series Of Successful And Pleasant Thoughts Strung Together… And… Depression Was A Result Of Thoughts From Which We Got No Repose And Found No Escape…
Therefore The Human Life Can Be Altered As Well As Engineered By The Commitment To Occupying One’s Mind With That Which Will Build Oneself Up And Not Continue To Be One’s “Own Worst Enemy”…
How Has This Information Enhanced My Thinking…
When I Employed It… It Has Become What Has Given Us Whatever Level Of Enjoyment We Have Experienced… For When I Have Not… I Consider Myself, Still A “Work In Progress”…

Dr. Thompson,
You seem to have an amazing recovery ability, clearly what you practice is evidenced in the outcome of your life. Very helpful to those of us who need to employ this in our own lives. Thank you!
